Scotia Bank has officially opened a new ATM inside the MovieTowne Mall, in the vicinity of Massy Stores, East Coast Demerara (ECD), offering enhanced operational features and design elements such as touchscreen capability.
These features include cash withdrawal and Credit Card Cash Advance for both local and foreign-issued cards, bill payment, Top Up Mobile, transfer between accounts, Credit Card/Loan payment via transfer, balance inquiry, mini statement generation and change PIN.
The Bank’s Country Manager, Nafeeza Gaffoor said, the bank, having been named “Guyana’s Best Digital Bank” 2024 by Global Finance and “Bank of the Year” 2024 by The Banker, is committed to continuous improvement and enhancing its service to clients.
“We continue to invest and grow our operations here in Guyana. By expanding our ATM footprint, we’re extending our financial services beyond our existing branches, providing you with greater access to conduct your banking safely and conveniently,” Gafoor noted.
“Additional locations for ATMs are being reviewed so look out for these as 2025 progresses,” Gaffoor continued.
The opening of this new ATM location follows a recent upgrade of the Bank’s ATMs at Pegasus Corporate Suites, Marriott, Eugene Correia (Ogle) Airport and Courtyard Mall.
As with all activity on accounts, clients will receive real time notifications for all ATM transactions with Scotiabank Alerts.
