On this holy observance of Sri Hanumaan Jayanti, the Guyana Pandits Mission extends heartfelt wishes to all Hindus, and indeed all admirers of Sri Hanumaanji. We pray that Sri Hanumaanji bless us with the strength and grace to preserve the glorious Sanatana Dharma, and inspire deeper devotion to Lord Sri Raama in each of our lives.
This blessed occasion honours the birth of Sri Hanumaanji, whom we revere and adore with profound love—equal to Bhagavaan Sri Raam, and for many, with even greater enthusiasm and unwavering devotion.
Sri Hanumaanji embodies the highest ideals of Sanatanee culture. His life is a radiant example of the unity of all spiritual paths leading to Paramaatma, manifest in Lord Raama. Humility, unshakeable commitment, and unfaltering loyalty to Lord Raama were the core of his being—ideals we, as seekers, strive to emulate in both spiritual and worldly life. Hanumaanji lived these ideals effortlessly and earned the eternal favour of his beloved Lord.
The sacred paths to Mukti—Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga—are all fully expressed in Hanumaanji’s life.
As a Karma Yogi, he served selflessly. From boldly entering Lanka, finding Mother Seeta, delivering Raama’s message, fighting valiantly, burning Lanka in the process — all these he attributed solely to the devine grace of Lord Raama
As a Jnana Yogi, he is celebrated as “Gyaan Guna Saagar”—an ocean of wisdom, having realised his absolute self. He is also venerated as an incarnation (Avataara) of Lord Shiva.
Above all, Hanumaanji is the embodiment of Bhakti Yoga—the ideal devotee. When offered a reward by Lord Raama, he asked for nothing but eternal Bhakti at his lotus feet.
We love him, we glorify him, and we worship him.
May his divine grace be with us all.
Join us as we continue to celebrate Sri Hanumaanji tomorrow, April 13, at 4:00 PM at the LBI Community Centre Ground.
Jai Siya Raam!
