Four standout U-23 players from Guyana—Stephen George, Arren Vanlewin, Anish Ramlall, and Domitre Ranking—along with Coach Willon Cameron, are currently attending a 3×3 high-performance training camp in Asunción, Paraguay, running through June 13.

The camp is part of preparations for the Junior Pan American Games, following a recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) and the Paraguayan Olympic Committee aimed at enhancing sports development.

Guyana Basketball Federation (GBF) President Michael Singh praised the initiative, calling 3×3 basketball a key focus for the federation and thanking the GOA for facilitating the opportunity.

Coach Willon Cameron, a FIBA Level 2-certified coach with a degree in Sports Coaching, brings significant experience, having led the Colts to back-to-back national titles.

He also teaches physical education at President’s College.
