Essequibo Coast man electrocuted

Tulsieram Singh, also known as “Fish Man,” a resident of New Road on the Essequibo Coast, died today from electrocution.
The incident occurred around midday while Singh was reportedly carrying out work on an electrical pole. During the process, he is believed to have come into contact with a live electrical source.
He was rushed to the Charity Hospital for urgent medical treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards.
The sudden tragedy has left residents of the community in shock as they mourn the untimely passing of a well-known villager.
