The event aims to highlight Guyana’s growing culinary talent through live cooking, open-fire techniques, and interactive chef experiences. It provides a platform for chefs to showcase creativity while enhancing the country’s tourism offerings.

Several women-owned businesses will also be featured, supporting the ministry’s goal of promoting local entrepreneurs in the tourism sector.
